Salon Policies

Cancellation & No Show Policy

Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments will need to occur. To best serve all guests, cancellations and no show policies are as follows:

-All appointments require a 48 hour notice of cancellation to allow me to fill the appointment time

-Guest arriving more than 15 minutes later than the scheduled appointment time may be required to be rescheduled to a later date.

-After the first cancellation (less than a 48 hour notice), in order to book another appointment you will be required to pay 50% of the services of your cancelled appointment at the time of booking your new appointment.

If you No Show your appointment 100% of the service price will be required to be paid before being able to make a future appointment.

Guest Satisfaction

Adjustment Policy

It is my sincere aim to have a satisfied guest with every appointment but it is well noted that you can't please all of the people all of the time. I am happy to make any needed adjustments that align with our original consultation if notified within 7 days of the service.

That said, services are unlike goods which can be returned in exchange for a refund. Time and product used in your service can not be returned. Therefore, I do not offer refunds for services rendered.
